Marcelo Gomes

This brazilian film director, screenwriter and visual artist. His debut feature film, CINEMA, ASPIRINAS E URUBUS, was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at Cannes in 2005. Since then, he has won over fifty awards worldwide. In 2009, M.Gomes presented VIAJO PORQUE PRECISO, VOLTO PORQUE TE AMO (2009) at the Venice Film Festival., a film co-directed with Karim Aïnouz.
